Pure Glow Spa does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. All sales are final.
In the unlikely event that we have made an error with your order, customer must email us at Pureglowspa@gmail.com within ten (10) calendar days of package delivery. Customer must include a photo of the error and a photo of the packing slip. Please note, Pure Glow Spa reserves the right to refuse all returns, exchanges, or refunds.
