Return Policy

Pure Glow Spa does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. In the unlikely event that an error has occurred with an order, customer must notify us by email within ten (10) calendar days of package delivery. Customer must email a description of the error, a photo of the error (if applicable) and a photo of the packing slip to info@pureglowspa.com. Please note, Pure Glow Spa reserves the right to refuse all returns, exchanges, or refunds.
